Game On Cancer Day 2026 Returns With a Stacked Creator Line-Up and $50K Goal

Game On Cancer is back — and it’s levelling up.

On Sunday, February 8, Game On Cancer®, an initiative of Australian charity Cure Cancer, will host its annual Game On Cancer Day charity drive: a full-day live streaming marathon uniting creators, communities and the wider gaming industry to raise money for life-changing cancer research.

Now entering its next chapter, Game On Cancer Day 2026 builds on the momentum of previous years, tapping into the reach of online creators and the collective power of gaming culture to show what modern fundraising can look like — loud, collaborative and community-driven.

This year’s event brings together dozens of creators, including some familiar Australian favourites: Teegstah, Thumb Cramps, TRASH, Can It Co-Op? (featuring Galaxy and NorZZa), Alexandra Lynne, and JustEllieWillDo. All creators will be streaming live from Lowkii’s production studio in Sydney, with fundraising powered through Tiltify.

“Game On Cancer Day is about showing what’s possible when creators and communities come together,” said a Cure Cancer spokesperson. “Every donation and every shared moment helps fund the next generation of cancer researchers — and that impact extends far beyond a single day.”

Across the day, viewers can expect a mix of live gameplay, collaborative challenges, giveaways, special guest appearances, and community-driven fundraising moments. Streams will run across Twitch and TikTok, with creators encouraging audiences to tune in, donate, and share in real time.

And yes — the prize pool is stacked.

Thanks to support from industry partners, viewers who donate will have the chance to win prizes including:

  • PlayStation 5 Console

  • Xbox Series S Console

  • PC Case Gear Phantom 9070XT Gaming PC

  • Xbox Controllers and Headsets

  • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (1-Month)

  • Bethesda DOOM: The Dark Ages Steam Codes and Controller

  • ASUS ROG Harpe Ace Mouse

  • Allied Warhead Headset

  • Ubisoft Game Codes

  • Oodie™ Originals Code

  • Castiglione Passes

  • …and more.

This year’s fundraising goal is $50,000, with donations open now and continuing throughout Game On Cancer Day.

Fans can support the event by tuning into the livestreams on February 8, donating via the official Game On Cancer Tiltify page, and sharing the event across social media to help amplify its reach.

To date, the Game On Cancer® community — one of the leading charity initiatives in the Australian gaming industry — has raised over $2.3 million AUD for cancer research. Previous fundraisers have featured some of Australia’s biggest gaming names, including Loserfruit, IAmFallFromGrace, Bajo, and AussieAntics.

Cure Cancer is dedicated entirely to funding early-career researchers, having awarded more than 570 research grants to young scientists with innovative ideas — many of whom have gone on to become global leaders in cancer research.

Game On Cancer® is also supported by ambassadors across the gaming industry, including Back Pocket, MissMollyMakes, and Jeff Cannata.

If you’re looking for an excuse to watch good streams, support good people, and maybe win some very good prizes — Game On Cancer Day is one worth showing up for.
